• Ensuring the availability of a varied menu of pastry and bakery products and prices according to standards
• Ensuring the availability of quality pastry and bakery products according to standards
• Ensuring the presentation of pastry and bakery products according to standards
• Ensuring all work areas in the kitchen are neat, clean and safe according to established standards
• Ensuring the availability of pastry and bakery ingredients in accordance with the planned needs of pastry and bakery products
• Ensure all equipment is ready to use
• Ensuring staff performance at an optimal level

Qualifications:

• Aged 35 - 40 years old
• Diploma in hotel School (Tourism) major on Food & Beverage Production in Pastry section
• Good knowledge in local and international pastry product. Competent on bakery and pastry
• Ability to communicate in English and computer literate
• Minimum 5 years experience in five star hotel at the same position
• Excellent leadership and organizational skill
• Efficient and creative
• Hardworking and committed towards work
• Will be based in Bintan
