Job DescriptionÂ

Recording order details in the computer system

Work closely with forwarder/shipping line/vendor/buyer for the shipment arrangement

Research solutions for increased proficiency in shipping platform, freight and logistic rates and innovative ways to protect and deliver products

Collaborate with colleagues to find solution to issues that may arise with delay and damaged products

Checking the shipping documents from all vendors and present the documents to the buyer.

Proficiency in export and import documents and related issues.

Monitoring and tracking the export shipment until on board.
