Lowongan SALES ADMIN & RMA SPECIALIST di PT Garmin Indonesia Distribution

JOB MISSION:

We are seeking for a Sales Admin & RMA Specialist to serve as a point of contact for order and delivery fulfillment. You will also be responsible for providing product support to Garmin service provider and contributing to premium customer service to help achieve sales targets. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Order and delivery fulfillment with high accuracy and efficiency
• Production and logistics coordination to ensure timely deliveries
• Administrative support to Sales Team to ensure sales targets are met
• Liaising with cross-functional teams for issue-solving
• AR tracking to secure on-time payment collections
• Providing prompt and effective responses to service providers regarding product technical support, warranty inquiries, and other matters
• Conducting remote troubleshooting to support distributors
• Monitoring buffer supply and assisting with RMA and reverse logistics

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experiences as Sales Admin & RMA Specialist
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive, works well under pressure, high stability, strong “can-do” and customer-oriented
• Hands-on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Understanding and having experience in electronics devices
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must, Mandarin is a plus
