Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily management and operation of the company's KOL accounts, including but not limited to content planning, tracking KOL live broadcasts, and providing optimization suggestions for their live streaming sessions.
2. Based on the company's business needs and the characteristics of KOL accounts, develop personalized operational strategies to increase their exposure, number of fans, and engagement.
3. Monitor KOL account operational data and user feedback, timely adjust and optimize operational plans, and improve the effectiveness of KOL accounts.
4. Assist in handling daily issues and conflicts of KOL accounts, maintain their stable operation and good image.
5. Follow up on KOL account commercial cooperation and promotion, promote their commercial value and brand influence.
6. Provide professional operational training and support to help KOL accounts improve their own qualities and operational capabilities.
7. Provide corresponding service items for KOLs according to the service list.

Requirements:

• Possess strong data analysis and judgement ability, able to adjust and optimize operational plans based on data and user feedback;
• Strong communication and coordination skills, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external departments;
• Proficient in internet live streaming or social media operation tools and skills, able to flexibly deal with various situations;
• Passionate about the internet live streaming or social media industry, with a strong interest and enthusiasm for account operation of influencers.
