Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Business Administration required.
• Five years or more of related experience is required.
• Proven experience working as an Accounting Supervisor.
• A certified Public Accountant designation is highly preferred.
• Fast learner, attention to detail.
• Can work under pressure and focus on the timeline and tight deadline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP for Business.
• Good English skill (both written and verbal) is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records and files.
• Key in the AP Invoices into SAP (Before Payment), and make sure the transactions are properly deducted with applied W/Tax.
• Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (by assets, liabilities, and expenses).
• Prepare Financial Statement, preparation of periodic financial statements, and corporate annual reports.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Liaise with Other Country Spire Office for Intercompany Billing Issues (Trade and Non-Trade) and send the interoffice list after closing FS every month.
• Analyse transactions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Update the CRM Module from accounting software into SAP and prepare the report.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closures.
• Assists external auditors and provides required statements and information for the annual audit.
• Analyse budgets and create expense reports.
• Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Understand tax policies and liaise with Tax Consultants.
