PT Carsurin is now searching for potential candidates for a position as Laboratory Analyst Team Leader to be placed in Sofifi, Halmahera Branch. As a Laboratory Analyst Team Leader, you'll maximize yourself in implementing QHSE compliance in the laboratory, maintain laboratory equipment and do the basic maintenance if needed. You'll also contribute in sample analytical monitoring, coordinate in Sample Disposal Activity and lead the personnel function.

What you'll need :

• Possess Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience as a Laboratory Analyst / Chemist, preferably from Nickel industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge about Nickel characteristics with related methods will be an advantage.
• Understanding with Awareness SNI ISO/IEC 17025 : 2017, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Required Skills : Microsoft Office and Google Workspaces.
• Mastering laboratory equipment and basic maintenance.
• Perform teamwork spirit, good leadership skills and highly effective communication.

What you'll contribute :

• Implementation of SNI ISO/IEC 17025 : 2017 in the laboratory.
• Conduct testing and analysis of any samples with the following procedure.
• QHSE Compliance and supporting additional tasks.
• Sample Disposal Coordination, including setting the strategy and evaluation.
• Create a report of Sample Analysis and coordinate with the team.
• Able to maintain and monitoring team performance related to their jobs.
