We are on the hunt for a Junior Technical Garment to join our Product Development Team

Here's what the role will involve:

1. Develop samples/product ranges for each season starting from:

• Receive design sketches or inspo pictures from the designer team including all the details (artwork, colour, fabric, etc.).
• Guide factories to develop products with all required information (measurement/block/tech pack/pattern).
• Do the fitting with the model for each sample and take notes.
• Make fit comments and relay to the factories overseas.
• Amend sample for photoshoot if needed.

2. Responsible for the technical spec sheet for approved samples.

3. Make patterns if needed.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English is a must
• Computer literate, familiar with google slides and spreadsheets
• Candidates must have at least Diploma / Fashion Design Academy or equivalent.
• Mastering technical skills in pattern making and fashion garment construction.
• Knowing kinds of fabrics and technical stitches well.
• Able to work with team
• A flexible and resilient approach to work with the ability to work under high pressure and in a fast-paced and often-demanding environment
