Job Description :

1. Drafting and reviewing legal matters such as, nondisclosure agreement, memorandum of understanding, cooperation agreement and others
2. Assisting business team for current and upcoming project
3. Maintain contract database and organize executed versions of contracts
4. Work directly with relevant stakeholders from end-to-end on partnership arrangements, new product launches, licensing and compliance matters, government relations and all other strategic legal matters

Qualification : 

1. Bachelor degree in Law is mandatory, Master degree in Law / Business Administration will be considered an advantage, min GPA 3.00
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience. Proven experience as a legal counsel with significant exposure in Entertainment / Media / Advertising / HAKI / Copyright
3. Experienced in legal corporate matter and excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
4. Prepare legal opinions and advising the management on general issues that may arise
5. Fluency in business level English both written and spoken
