Sales Admin with requirements and qualification below:

Job Description:

• ·Create PO, DO, Invoice and a coordination with related department such as supply chain, PPIC and third party expedition
• Ensure Sales Administration Procedure implement on timely manner
• Create various Sales Report such as Sales Data and Aging data
• Use system to entry data and generate sales report
• Input and update Customer data (including delivery address, credit limit, price and related sales) in the system
• Record attendance from the Sales Department team, including leave from the Sales Department team
• Process the application for a credit limit increase based on the area of responsibility
• Processing orders and returns related to the area

Requirements:

• Having experience on Sales Admin minimal 2 years
• Bachelor from any majoring, prefer management, accounting and fishery
• Expert on Excel formula and tools such as Lookup, Logical, Mathematical Function and Pivot Table
• Able to join on May 2023
• Willing to work at Pasuruan
