As Genius.Space Indonesia Telemarketing/Telesales Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, executing and monitoring general telemarketing activities and serves multiple stakeholders.
Daily Activities:
- Plan monthly team sales revenue target based on deal focus target of each team member.
- Work, research and supervise all process of funnel from ads, CRM and telesales activities that leads to convertion.
- Create and develop sales script and strategy according to the products being sold.
- Arrange and lead daily telemarketing meeting in monitoring team members activity of the day.
- Responsible to ensure team member to use and report their daily activity and sales pipeline as accurate and as details as possible.
- Responsible to ensure team member understand and align with sales department and company OKR.
- Provide and arrange training to team members in related to product knowledge and other skills needed for the job related.
- Ensure team member understand and keep updated with company and department work policy and procedure.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly report of team member progress related to sales activity, leads follow up, deal focus achievement, and others to management.
- Prepare and conduct sales training
You are expected to be able to:
- Translate strategy into execution plans and action.
- Directly deal with problems and give solutions to support your team, despite the leadership role.
- Agility and flexibility to adapt execution plan.
- Highly organized: Strong forward planning mindset and sound time management skills to tackle both urgent short-term tasks and important long-term tasks within tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years in telemarketing/telesales staff position or 3 years in sales/telemarketing supervisor.
- Experienced in handling team consist of 10-20 people (telemarketing staff)
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, constantly changing & evolving work environment.
- Be a great team player, willing to learn, and enjoy working in a fast-paced education technology company.
- Fluent in writing and speaking English.
- Leading team experience > 3 years.
- CRM preparations.
- Sales training.
- Sales metrics and reporting.
- Experience in the education industry
