Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in the field of f&b, in the catering field is preferred
• Minimum education S1 hospitality / tourism / hotel management / catering or equivalent
• Good knowledge and experience in business strategy development, financial statement and cost control
• Good knowledge and experience in kitchen
• Strong leadership with good analytical thinking, good adaptability, creative, initiative and able to make a decision
• Good in negotiation skill, well organized and detail oriented
• Willing to work on weekend or public holiday
• have a Sommelier knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
• Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving the product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
• Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
