Job Description

We are a new veterinary company on a mission to revolutionize the pet care industry in Indonesia and beyond. We are now seeking an experienced and customer-focused Operations Manager to oversee and manage our brand-new full-scale animal hospital in south Jakarta. 

To excel in this role, you must be an extremely detailed-oriented person, with proven hospitality and personal management experience. Our ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Working in collaboration with our Veterinary Branch Manager and regional leadership, you will be responsible for:

• Managing, developing, and leading a high-performing team in providing exceptional hospitality and customer service levels to our pawrents. 
• Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve our customer experience.
• Maintaining a 360° view of the practice and leading your branch team in ensuring that all facilities and brand standards are continually being met.
• Taking ownership of and handling complaints and situations with both customers and team members, to ensure successful resolution.
• Leading team meetings in collaboration with our Veterinary Branch Manager, ensuring relevant information sharing at all times.
• Upholding a culture of health, safety, compliance, collaboration, and inclusivity within the branch.
• Coordinating with external vendors on a regular basis, related to maintenance, security and facilities management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hospitality focused role
• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in a related course, although not essential
• Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (Word, Excel, Power Point) 
• English proficiency is essential
