Job Description :

• Design and develop high quality application both back-end and front-end for a wide variety of applications using php Laravel, Java & Go-Lang
• Develop existing programs/databases for new functionally in accordance with the company's business processe
• Design, build and maintain clean, efficient, reusable, and reliable code
• Perform unit and performance testing and create technical documentation
• Maintain and adjust existing application codebase include troubleshooting bugs to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem
• Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
• Follow industry best practices
• Analyze and optimize both back-end and front-end application code for efficiency and performance
• PM's technical counterpart
• Promote a positive attitude and de-escalates conflict within the team
• Design and code front-end or back-end
• Work in teams to generate code, test, and review to ensure efficiency and reliable system
• Participate in preparing system requirements, specifications, and designs
• Keep learning and experimenting with new tools/frameworks
• Continuously refactor applications to maintain security, reliability, and performance of application

Kualifikasi :

• 0-10 years of experience as Fullstack Engineer (SENIOR / JUNIOR)
• Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or any related technical fields with minimum GPA 3.00
• Ability to write well-documented, clean code
• Experienced dealing with networking, caching, performance, and scalability problems.
• Familiar with Git and GitFlow, basic design and architectural patterns, such as monolith, REST and microservices
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work
• Experienced in programming with Golang PHP Laravel framework,
• Experienced in troubleshooting server-side applications through monitoring and/or observability tools
• Willingness to explore different technical solutions; ability to negotiate the fittest solutions for a problem at hand is desired
• Experienced in creating server-side applications for web services and/or data processing
• Experienced in troubleshooting server-side applications through monitoring and/or observability tools
