Personnel Qualification

• Bachelor's in relevant discipline
• Excellent communication in English, Business level language comprehension is a must.
• Relevant experience more than 5 years in Home Appliances Industry
• Experience handling product management with focused on product certification and formalities
• Advance skills in Ms. Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate within cross function
• Able to develop and maintain good relationship with related external party
• Strong attention to detail; Ensure accuracy on every process
• Able to work with high responsibility, integrity, know how to plan, manage time, and also find solution to problem

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for informing and updating government regulation related to company business nature
2. Handle product certification such as SNI, EER, K3L, import quota related issue, NPB registration or any new rules
3. Make sure product list updated in system related to website and MDM
4. Communicate and cooperate with Regional team, factory team & internal team for coordination.

Product Certification (SNI)

• Arrange SNI Application
• Factory Inspection and Import SNI Samples
• SNI Product Test, Follow UP NCR Test Report
• Follow up and check SNI Certification
• NPB Registration
• Monitoring Annual SNI Surveillance both Factory and Local Market
• Renewals of Certification Renewal Periods

Product Certification (K3L)

• K3L Product Sample Test
• Follow UP NCR K3L Test Report
• Upload Document for K3L Registration to Ministry of Trade System 
• Follow up and check K3L Registration
• Inform to all related Division for K3L Labelling
• Following up Renewal Periods

Product EER Certification

• EER Product Sample Test (Air Con up to 27k BTU and Refrigerator up to Gross Volume 300L)
• Follow UP EER Test Report
• Upload Document for EER Registration to Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources System 
• Follow up and check EER Registration
• Inform to all related Division for EER (SKEM) Labelling

Import Quota

• Applying for Import Quotas for several product groups
• Following up process from start to End
