Responsibilities:

1. Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
2. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
3. Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
4. Manage risk by being compliant with Indonesian labour laws and recommendations.
5. Carry out job analysis with the assistance of various department. Propose adjustment opinions on job settings;
6. Organize the establishment of a performance management and formulate related plans; Take the lead in the performance appraisal of the various departments of the organization unit and provide guidance and supervision, assist the manager in the appraisal of the heads of the various departments; Summarize, review, and archive management of the appraisal results;
7. Handle the procedures for employee recruitment, transfer, rewards and punishments, and resignation;
8. Build an organizational atmosphere and promote positive culture;
9. Personnel agency service contract terms review local personnel costs and human resource management costs review.

Requirements:

1. Language: fluent in English;
2. Have more than five years of human resource work experience in related position;
3. Have good cross-cultural communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit;
4. Good writing skills and language expression skills;
5. Proficiency in using Word, Excel and other application software, PPT and other software to make training courseware;
6. Have a good knowledge about Indonesia Labor Law
7. Have a good knowledge about Industrial relationship
