JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Law background from reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same position (legal) preferably in Investment/Capital Market/Construction/Mining company.
• Experienced in managing OSS and handling related permits
• Able to draft and review contract or legal document.
• Able to provide legal opinion/advice in accordance with the prevailing regulations.
• Demonstrative knowledge of, and experience with, laws dealing with government and/or commercial contract, administration, particularly contract negotiation, preparation and administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• PKPA is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Review and design agreements/contracts/ legal documents and ensure they comply with the company's internal rights and regulations.
2. Managing OSS system
3. Prepare documents and manage signing circulation.
4. Maintain and managing company documents and records (legal).
5. Ensure that all permits and corporate governance processes comply with laws and regulations and internal company regulations.
6. Cooperate with notaries, external consultants, other divisions within the company, and third parties on legal matters.
7. Upholding company rights in relation to press law and laws and regulations.
8. Having a great understanding on technology in general and easy to catch up for using any software related to legal needs.
