Job Description

• Selling watches
• Delivering standard service excellence to the customer, based on SOP
• Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and become a watch consultant to customers
• Develop a relationship with existing and new customers
• Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target
• Promote and offer the marketing promo
• Maintaining product stock availability
• Ensuring product and display material is in good condition
• Ensuring the display is clean and in accordance with guidelines
• Supporting online sales

Qualification

• Maximum 28 years old
• Minimum SMA, Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of working experience as Sales in retail industry
• Watch enthusiasts
• Strong in persuading communication
• Willingness to commit to a long-term career in retail industry
• Passion for customer service-outstanding
• Discipline, meticulous, and pleasant attitude
• Able to work in shift/full shift
• Willing to be placed in Plaza Blok M / Mega Bekasi Hypermall
