Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing (budgeting, planning, executing campaigns, & reporting)n Min. 2 years.
• Experience in working with Performance Marketing channels, such as; Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
• Project management skills, process orientation, and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to get results 
• Analytical mindset demonstrated through comfort with data, and ability to drive actionable insights. Deliver digital marketing measurement report
• Proficiencies in the use of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) for data processing
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Business acumen demonstrated by understanding of broader business strategy, translating business goals into digital marketing strategies
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, must have strong customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Create and own digital marketing media plans, including budget mix, and provide media strategy and detailed forecasts and analysis.
• Oversee ongoing channel management across the marketing mix, including search, display, paid social, sponsored content, influencer, affiliate, etc
• Develop and evaluate key performance metrics related to channel performance, and channel growth; provide senior leadership with summaries and analysis of campaigns, results and forecasts.
• Identify trends and insights, optimise spend and performance based on insights.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics.
• Handle ecommerce partners, especially for Collaborative Ads
