Qualification
- Maximum age 37 years old
- Minimum D3, preferably majoring in culinary, hotel & restaurant management, or other relevant majors
- At least 3 years of experience as Sous Chef
- Fluent in English
- Able to use Ms.Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good leadership, communication, team management, and time management skills
- Have a good understanding of Western food, Italian food, Fushion food, and others
- Having HACCP/Food Hygiene certification is a plus
- Willing to work mobile and travel outside the city
- Placement in Surabaya & Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Ensure kitchen and central kitchen operations run in accordance with SOPs.
- Maintain food handling and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding projects or events.
- Check the quality of raw and cooked food ingredients.
- Check labor requirements and conduct performance appraisals of the kitchen, and central kitchen team.
- Ensure all employees have appropriate supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Participate in relevant meetings and gatherings.
- Conduct menu research and development, prepare HPPs, and train the team.
- Organize training for kitchen and central kitchen teams.
- Control food costs, stock and conduct monthly audits in the kitchen and central kitchen.
