Job Description :

• Planning, controlling, and ensuring that operational management can run in accordance with the System Operational and Procedure / SOP, in achieving the company's goals, both short and long term, by optimizing existing resources effectively and efficiently.
• Operations Managers also set training standards, analyze, and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Making strategic policies and decisions, as well as developing, implementing, and reviewing the operational policies and procedures.
• Develop strategies to increase effectiveness and efficiency in each department, and increase the productivity of existing human resources.
• Help to promote a corporate culture that encourages high performance and morale.
• Supervise reporting, planning, and auditing related to the operational.
• Work closely with the board of directors in determining strategy, values, mission, and operational planning for the short-term and long-term.
• Identify and resolve the problems or opportunities for the company.
• Able to analyze business processes in detail, in the company's operational units.
• Motivating the team, and providing clear direction and delegation of work.
• Have the ability to cooperate and establish good relationships with many parties, both central and branch companies, so that the company's operations can run smoothly.
• Helping the Supervisor/Leader of each department to handle all problems in the field, and providing solutions to the existing problems.

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor degree, majoring in Industrial Engineering or Information System (Industrial Engineering is preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same field or position
• Have a desire to learn new things, and apply the new things that have been learned in the company
• Have a leadership spirit, can communicate well, and have good analytical skills.
• Able to work under pressure
• Mastering Ms. Office well (for Ms. Excel, aware with the formula : pivot, filter, vlookup, if, and the other formula)
• Have problem solving skills
• Able to do coaching for the team
