Responsibilities:

• Overseeing IT infrastructure operations, including hardware, software, networks, servers, and data centers
• Have knowledge about cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security.
• Analyzing existing infrastructure and performing IT system enhancements.
• Ensuring the security and integrity of IT infrastructure systems and data through appropriate measures and protocols.
• Monitoring system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes to optimize infrastructure efficiency and reliability.
• Have proven knowledge of AI(Artificial Inteligence) programs such as: Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc will be an advantage
• Managing and administering Microsoft 365 services
• Maintaining office network, PC, printers, CCTV
• Monitoring system performance & database management
• Manage data backups and ensure successful backup schedule, data replication to DRC or cloud
• Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (Information Technology)
• Preferably have CCNA(Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure & Business Process operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering effective and efficient infrastructure solutions.
• Experience in Server Operating System
