Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage digital marketing activities in various channels, including email marketing and social media marketing.
• Develop & Execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy across platform like instagram, Tiktok & Youtube.
• Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising content and digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Oversee content creation to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a range content creators, from well-known influencers to emerging talents.
• Manage a dynamic marketing team with a focus on influencer outreach and content creation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing agency or a B2C Client role with a proven track record of success.
• Diploma/BA Degree in communications, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Have KOL databases and have a good relationship with KOLs/Influencers.
• Understanding in Google Analytics, Web Performance and Parameters.
• Experience in handling product marketing for apps.
• Strong Leadership skills with the ability to build & lead a team.
• Ability to craft & execute effective influencer campaigns that drive sales and brand growth.
• Strong project management and managerial skills.
• Able to speak english well and professionally.
