Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation management in Indonesia, establishing and improving the operation management system and supervising its implementation.

2. Assist the general manager in formulating the company's development strategic plan, and provide timely and effective suggestions and optimization plans for operational directions.

3． Responsible for operating business data, achieving the company's overall operating business indicators, breaking down the indicators, and ensuring their achievement through management means.

4. Regularly analyze actual conditions and provide operating data and improvement plans to the company.

5. Responsible for the daily operation and management of stores within the company's jurisdiction, and at the same time, able to formulate effective marketing strategies based on market conditions.

6. Responsible for building and developing the operations team, organizing employee training, assessment and evaluation, and talent echelon construction to meet the company's business expansion needs.

job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of management experience in retail and catering chain industry;

2. Have sensitive business and market awareness, the ability to analyze and solve problems, and the ability to integrate resources and promote business;

3． Have good intra-department and cross-department organizational and coordination skills, good negotiation, interpersonal communication skills, and teamwork skills.
