Lowongan Purchasing Staff di PT Ohtori Indonesia

Responsibilities :

1. Open PO to supplier based on quantity, allocation of purchases based on area and grade
2. Make a report on the position of material delivery for POs that have been opened
3. Monitor all shipments so that goods are sent immediately according to the PO allocation (often there are less shipments)
4. Monitoring deliveries from suppliers to warehouses
5. Monitoring and ensuring that all PO closings (from the initial PO opening until delivery) are in accordance with procedures
6. Process purchase requests from users
7. Build good relationships with vendors
8. Ensuring the date of request and delivery in accordance with the agreement with the vendor/supplier
9. Negotiating prices and payment terms
10. Bridging the internal department with vendors if needed
11. Inform outstanding work to superiors
12. Coordinate with the shipping team for delivery (import) / coordinate with Qtrans (local)

Requirements :

1. Age max. 40 years old;
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field from reputable University;
3. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
4. Have good analical thinking, open mind and have excellent communication Skill;
5. Fluent in English, Mandarin or Hokkien language will be advantage;
6. Self Motivated;
7. Can work underpressure;
8. Familiar with target or deadline;
9. Full-Time position(s) available;
10. Placement at Dadap, Tangerang.
