Requirements:

• Having a minimum of 2-5 year of experience in sales or telesales, with a preference for the IT industry.
• Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication.
• A minimum of a D3 degree in any field, with a preference for Sales/Marketing.
• Effective sales skills and experience in working in a target-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• A mature and approachable personality
• Confident and presentable
• Self-motivated and fast learner
• Have excellent organisational skills
• Personable with a likeable personality

Responsibility:

• Exploring and finding opportunities to get new customers, also accepting inquiry services of consultant IT needed from the customers according to the established revenue targets.
• Focusing to the sales target that was set by Management
• Verifying price, program and timeline that will be proposed to the customers also customers’ contract.
• Meet and greet with existing and new customers periodically as the way of services to the customers to build the good relationships.
• Monitoring the sourcing activities and ensuring match with the customer requirements.
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints and evaluating the customer satisfaction after the project completed.
