Lowongan Billing & Collection Officer di PT Pacific Place Jakarta

Main Accountabilities:

1. Prepare invoices (daily and monthly invoices) and distribute all the invoices to the tenants of One Pacific Place, event and exhibition participants to ensure that tenants can pay the bills on time.

2. Prepare warning letter to tenants who haven’t paid the bills on time and already overdue so tenants can pay the bills in timely manner.

3. Prepare invoice related with fit out to third parties and contractors and responsible to offset the outstanding (damage by contractors) before refund the deposit to contractors or tenant.

4.Input all new tenants into IFCA system and prepare all invoices so the management will have complete data on the new tenant.

5. Make a phone call to tenants one pacific place to ensure that collection has been done so there will be no late payment or outstanding from tenants. 

Requirement:

· Diploma majoring in Accounting

· 1 years as a AR staff

· Knowledge about principal accounting

· High integrity and Customer oriented

· Familiar with MS Office
