Responsibilities

• Demonstrate an ability to build executive relationships and cooperation at major offline channels accounts and assigned dealers.
• Develop sales plan to achieve sales and profit targets for current and prospective accounts both Annual & Quarterly basis.
• Identify opportunities and challenges within the account base and create strategies to maximize sell through, profit, revenue and market share.
• Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, products, and pricing that may impact sales efforts and communicate this information to all sales management and other departments as necessary.
• Conduct and/or receive weekly reviews of sales, RMAs, returns & allowances (R&A), quotes, promotions, sell through, inventory management, turns, forecasts, and any other account activities that will impact financial results for the account(s). Resolve or delegate any issues that arise as a result of the reviews.
• Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, products, and pricing that may impact sales efforts and communicate this information to all sales management and other departments as necessary.
• Review and analyze daily sales results and compare actual project / plan results. Formulate plans to respond to the analyses.
• Travel to trade-shows and customer sites required. Depending on the assignment, frequent travel may be required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Qualifications

• Sales experiences with Key retail partners in Indonesia.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a positive and open mindset.
• Strong communicator and team-player. Natural leaders are able to help each team member reach their full potential and achieve superior performance while pursuing a common goal.
• Outstanding consumer, product, and marketing strategy abilities. Creative and logical thinker.
• Minimum 5 years related experience; Home Appliance brand sales experience will be preferred.
• Proficient in English is a must, a certain level mastery of Mandarin is a plus.
