Apply to be a Technical Procurement Executive only if you:

• Are comfortable communicating and building relationships with vendors in China, Europe, America, and Indonesia.
• Have a good taste for luxury goods.
• Have ever spent at least an additional 30 minutes while shopping online to compare prices + shipping from various sellers from different marketplaces with a combination of different vouchers to get the cheapest price.
• Are disciplined enough to work effectively from home.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate, communicate, and follow up with vendors.
• Ensure constant stock availability and efficient distribution of goods across all our warehouses globally.
• Maintain a high level of product quality and resolve quality issues with vendors.
• Explore new vendors internationally and locally.
• Maintain relationships with existing vendors.
• Create and manage system to ensure product quality.
• Coordinate shipments.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
• More than 4 years of experience in Procurement with vendors in China.
• Experienced with consumer electronics, wooden, leather luxury goods.
• Excellent ability to negotiate.
• Fluent in English (written).
• No history of corruption or receiving bribes from vendors.
