Lowongan Sales Manager di PT Star Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Achieving sales planning or targets monthly, quarterly and yearly
• Creating and implementing sales strategies to meet target
• Identifying business and sales opportunity and promoting STAR Software Indonesia services (Translation, Software Development and Creative work)
• Expanding sales coverage by acquiring new clients (Giant Multinational Companies)
• Maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients/key accounts
• Handling and resolving customers' inquiries and complaints
• Working with the team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts so that agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes are met on time
• Preparing quotations, monitoring progress of client’s orders and following up to ensure client's satisfaction
• Producing regular reports of sales progress and plan
• Monitoring and being responsible for the achievement of the Sales Team/Staffs
• This position reports directly to COO

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old
• Applicant must have successful sales experiences in any field in minimum 3 years
• Having sales experience in banking, insurance, or automotive industries for minimum 3 years is preferred
• Having B2B sales experiences is preferred.
• Having sales experience in one of these 3 industries will be an advantage: Translation/Software Development/Creative work
• Excellent English proficiency both oral and writing
• Excellent in writing reports and business correspondences
• Having an outgoing personality and well-groomed appearance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer-literate
• Hardworking, creative thinking and loving challenge
• Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics and requirements
• Candidate must be competitive, result-driven and have customer- focus orientation
• Willingness to work under high pressure with tight target
• Able to work with a flexible schedule as needed and participate in activities outside regular office hours
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
