- Make Production plan base on ETD Customer
- Manage all activities PPIC and Ensuring achievement of quality objectives or PPIC goals
- Ensure the PPIC process at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, directing and training team member
- Control and evaluate the achievement of production results
- Daily tracking & monitoring realization
- Constantly monitoring and analyzing the production output to meet changing customer demand and aligned with business goals
- Work closely with production team, QC and Customer Service to meet the shipping dates according to customer requirement
- Facilitate and drive system driven planning in the site
- Making report of PPIC progress every month to management meeting
