Responsibilities:

1. Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies
2. Analyze market trends, preparing forecasts, brand positioning and consumer insights
3. Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
4. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and activities
5. Shape and communicate company's vision and mission
6. Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
7. Allocate, monitor and distribute promotional goods
8. Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, and other related departments
9. Developing and managing the marketing department's budget
10. Preparing and presenting reports to management
11. Promoting company’s brand at trade shows and major industry-related events
12. Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Proven working experience as Marketing Manager
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
• Outstanding communication skills
• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field
• Able to travel
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin (is a plus)
• Domicile in Tangerang or West Jakarta
