Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in related position
• Proficient in Mandarin and English is a must
• Excellent Ms Office Skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills
• Placement: Jakarta

Key Roles:

• Coordinate with foreign parties and ensure all communication runs well.
• Document translation (English & Mandarin).
• Arrange executive itinerary during site visits and ensure the schedule runs well.
• Perform variety of clerical and administrative duties
• Provision of data for managing executive permits.
• Maintain executive agenda and assisting in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
