Job Summary:

The Finance Staff plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to the finance department and ensuring smooth financial operations within the organization. They work closely with manager, and other team members to maintain accurate financial records and handle various financial tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and expense reports, using accounting software and/or spreadsheets.
2. Process payments to vendors and suppliers, verify invoices, and reconcile payments.
3. Reconcile financial transactions and statements with bank records to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
4. Provide support in preparing budgets and financial forecasts, assisting with manager.
5. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation, both physical and digital.
6. Offer general administrative support to the finance department such maintaining files.
7. Petty Cash Cashier
8. Recap and maintain the tax compliance
9. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and respond to inquiries related to financial matters.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in Finance Management or Accounting with minimum 1 year experience, open for fresh graduate
2. Additional education or training in finance, accounting, or business administration is preferred.
3. Knowledge of accounting processes is desirable.
4. Experienced in office procedures and light bookkeeping.
5. Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles. Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and recordkeeping.
7. Basic analytical skills to assist with financial analysis and reporting.
8. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and accounting software..
