Job Responsibilities:

1. Implement various purchasing strategies and procurement policies

2. Responsible for raw material purchases from suppliers

3. Ensures the appropriate import compliance procedures, such as monitoring shipments from suppliers

4. Do a Forecasting & stock analysis

5. Coordination with Product Head and Suppliers

6. Monitor the delivery procedure to guarantee on-time service to customers while maximizing revenue

7. Support daily indirect purchasing activities

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any major (Preferable for Industrial Engineering), with a minimum GPA of 3.00

2. Minimum of 1 years experience as a Purchasing/ Import Staff, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

3. Ability to understand the complete procedure of a purchase import

4. Ability to execute planning and purchasing functions for imported products

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work both individually and as a team

6. Strict attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

7. Expert Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

8. Fluent in English is a must

9. Fluent in Mandarin (plus point)

10. Placement in West Jakarta
