Sales and Marketing Staff :

Requirement :

* Age : max. 30 years .

* D3/S1 from all major university with min. GPA 3.0 .

* Experience min. 2 years as sales or marketing in logistics, forwarding, trucking, warehousing and supply chain business . 

* Own car and driving license A .

* Own potential customer database .

* Fluent in English .

* Interest in sales and marketing activities .

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships .

* Willing to work hard and ready to work under pressure .

* Strong in analytical skill and strategy development .

* Discipline, detailed and thorough person .

* Agile, Proactive, Persuasive, creative and responsible person .

* Able to work as team .

*Job position in Cikarang Timur . 

Job Description :

* Expanding market share of the company .

* Acquiring new customer as well as maintaining current customer .

* Establish communication with the customer .

* Make weekly and monthly sales and achievement report .

* Make potential customer target list, following up and maintain relationship .

* Doing daily sales and marketing activities and secure order .

* Take care the customer well and handle their complain well .

* Collecting any information from market or customers and customize the sales/marketing tools to be able to get the customer support .

* Make an agreement with customer on behalf the company
