Lowongan Management Information System (MIS) Specialist di PT Asuransi Chubb Syariah Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and managing insurance-related data:

MIS personnel are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing the huge amount of data associated with insurance processes and metrics such as claims, policy issuance, and customer service.

• Developing and maintaining insurance-related IT systems:

MIS personnel typically oversee the development and maintenance of computer systems, software, and databases used to manage insurance-related data.

• Data organization and storage:

MIS personnel responsible for organizing company data and ensuring that it is stored in a secure and accessible manner.

• Creating periodic performance reports and Ad Hoc reports:

MIS personnel create periodic performance reports that provide insurance executives with insights into the company's performance. These reports include information on key metrics, such as all kind of policy/production transaction, all kind of claims transactions, all kind of Financial transaction.

• Assignment on certain project
• Responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to company and other relevant regulations, regulatory requirements industry standards.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in information technology system.
• Strong knowledge of database management, programming, and network protocols
• At least 2 years of working experience as MIS Specialist or management information system software.
• Experience with Ms. Access is an advantage.
• Required Skills: Good Communication, interpersonal skill, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to speak & write in English.
• Knowledge of information security and data protection regulations
• Experience with CARE software applications and or other operating systems
• Good sharia knowledge in general insurance
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator level
