Job Description:

We are currently in search of a qualified Finance Staff with a specialized skill set in Accounting, Costing, and Finance to augment our workforce. This role necessitates a comprehensive understanding of accounting, cost management, and tax regulations, and is integral to the financial aspects of our organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Educational Background: Successful completion of a bachelor's degree in Economics, with a dedicated concentration in Accounting, Costing, and Finance.
2. Professional Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant and proven experience in a closely aligned field is highly preferable.
3. Accounting Proficiency: Profound expertise in fundamental accounting principles, including journalization.
4. Cost Management and Budgeting: A robust grasp of core cost management and budget control methodologies.
5. Taxation Acumen: Familiarity with taxation principles, specifically those pertaining to PPN (Value Added Tax) and PPh23 (Income Tax Article 23).
6. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical aptitude, capable of interpreting and utilizing financial data effectively.
7. Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration within the team and effective interactions with stakeholders.
8. Mobility: A willingness to engage in travel and undertake assignments outside the city as necessitated by the role.
9. Team Collaboration: The ability to function adeptly both independently and as an integral part of a team, while contributing to our organization's overarching goals.
