Sales Executive Training is a comprehensive program that provides the trainee with an intensive exposure to sales function to accelerate your careers and prepare you to become experts in the future. You will be trained to approach potential leads and current Members, as well as to identify their dreams and recommend Wall Street English products to fulfill their needs.

Program Highlight:

• An intensive 2 months sales training conducted by high proficiency trainers and leaders.
• Opportunity to learn and get paid at the same time with daily allowance up to IDR 200,000 / day.
• Sales Training certificate upon graduation of the program.
• Opportunity to learn about Wall Street English sales program and be offered a full-time sales position upon graduation.

The Day-to-Day Activities:

• Learn and practice on how to deliver prepared communication or conversation to describe our products or services, aimed to persuade prospects and potential customers to join Wall Street English as a Member.
• Build trust and develop long-term relationships with Members.
• Go above-and-beyond to WOW our Members and help them achieve their goals.
• Come up with innovative ways to maximize referrals and renewals by delighting Members on a daily basis.
• Training days will be 5 days in a week with 2 days off in a week. Days off may not be on weekends.
• Willing to be located in Jakarta, Surabaya, or Bandung.

The Must Haves:

• A minimum of Diploma (D1) graduates.
• Preferably having sales background / experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
• Highest level of integrity and ethics.
• Professional in both appearance and attitude.
• Computer and internet moderate skill.
• Good commands in English would be an advantage.
