We are looking for professional to join our team and create effective brand strategies and guidelines to communicate our mission and vision, raise brand awareness, attract new customers and retain existing ones. 

Your main responsibilities will include conducting market research and using the collected data to develop engaging brand strategies, plans, and campaigns that will build brand awareness and generate new business. You will also be in charge of researching brand positioning and consumer demands to identify new opportunities for promoting our brand and reporting to our Marketing Manager on our brand campaigns’ success. 

Additional responsibilities include overseeing the development of advertising materials to ensure the messaging is in accordance with the brand guidelines, setting and managing campaign budgets, assessing ROI and KPIs, and staying on top of industry trends and news to notify team members about any important changes. 

An ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2+ years of experience in Brand Management team or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Perform market research to identify our target audience and their wants, needs, pain points, and purchasing decisions
• Develop engaging brand strategies to build brand awareness and draw in new customers
• Analyze consumer demands, markets, and competitors’ products to find new opportunities for promoting our company
• Monitor the performance and create reports on the effectiveness of brand campaigns, and evaluate KPIs and ROI
• Ensure our brand’s message is communicated internally among team members and that all marketing campaigns and deliverables are aligned with our brand guidelines
• Making sure our brand image is consistent across all marketing channels, including both copy and design

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university.
• 2+ years of experience as a Brand Manager or a similar role
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in market research and experience in identifying target audiences and creating buyer personas
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw actionable insights from raw data and translate them into creative solutions
• Solid understanding of the best marketing practices
