Responsibilities :

• Update policies for all Human Capital Departments
• Coordinating with all business units and helping/supporting business units in HR issues and policies
• Being the main door for Human Capital related to the employment needs of all business units including: Employee recruitment, Organizational changes (structure, jobdesc), Employee training, Employee coaching, and Handling industrial relations
• Be the first layer if there is an industrial problem (misconduct, disnaker calls, bipartite requests, etc.) to then coordinate with legal/industrial relations

Requirements :

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Management, Psychology
• Experience in the retail/fnb industry (is a plus)
• Able to adapt well
• Possess very good communication skills
• Attention to detail, able process data and have good administrative data skills
• Understand the Human Capital flow as a whole, including Labour Laws
• Have dealt with industrial cases (is a plus)
