We are currently seeking a talented and professional human resource (HR) specialist to join our team and manage all human resource processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our companys guidelines and managing processes.

Candidate will report to Department Head / Director.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• Good attitude with good Personal Integrity and Honest, Proactive, Open Mind
• Strong knowledge and up-to-date with Government Labour legislation and payroll processes.
• Outstading verbal and written communication skill
• Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.

ROLE and Responsibilities:

• HR Administration: Keep Up-to-date All Employee HR's Data
• Create and Supervising Internal Enablement / Training Program & Human Development
• Central Advisory/Counselling / Consultation for Internal Employee
• Administer dan review such as vacations, sick leave, leave of absence and employee assistance
• Developing and Defining Whole Employees KPI
• Confer with management to identify current and future personnel needs
• Define, Review and Develop recruitment current programs, budget and collateral, such as brochure about the organization and its opportunities to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings.
• Develop good relationship with existing partnership in HR and other alumni groups, community, other public organization
• Review and improve existing SOP of recruitment i.e test selection, onboarding process, probation, contract
• Review and develop HR retention program
