Accountability and Objectives

• Enhancing and supporting in controlling activities on business
• Performing the business controlling activities for budgeting, reporting, analysis and forecasting at Local level liaising with Asia Pacific (APAC) and Group headquarter guidelines and requirements
• Preparing and analyzing management reporting on KPIs
• Proactively collaborating with IT department in maintaining and developing IT controlling tools
• Coordinate one resource to provide reliable information to support managements decision making on Operations and Purchasing activities

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the yearly budgeting and the regular reporting, analysis and forecasting
• Variances analysis
• Keeping a strict interaction with controlled departments in order to be updated on the relevant business trends
• Collaborating with Group Controlling department for general guidelines, ad hoc analysis and reporting
• Preparing Monthly closure activities
• Mastering the IT systems of the function, supporting IT department to the best development of the tools

Skills & expertise

• At least 6 years of experience (of which at least 2 years with managerial responsibilities) in business controlling role in structured international companies
• Well based financial, accounting, controlling competences
• IT systems:
• Solid knowledge of SAP, in particular MM, CO and FI modules, is essential
• Good knowledge of most important Microsoft suite tools is needed
• Languages: fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
