Lowongan Supplier Quality Engineer Jr. Supervisor di PT Autoliv Indonesia

Position Scope :

Under the direction of Quality Section Manager/Quality Manager, the supplier quality engineer will take necessary steps with Autoliv policies and procedures, to ensure adequate quality of parts/materials are available to meet inspection and testing component part based on drawing specification. This will entail obtaining support from Production, Production Planning, Test Center and Human Resource.

Tasks / Responsibilities :

• Controlling & ensure quality implementation in line process (MSA, CP/CPK Activity, Etc)
• Drive and Supervise problem solving process with cross functional for both customer and internal quality related issue
• Establish an inspection and testing component part based on component drawing specification.
• Ensure the parts/materials quality from supplier to implement problem solving process to eliminate root cause of nonconforming parts/materials at Autoliv and supplier site.
• Maintain and follow up the Close Loop Corrective Actions Maintain good employee relations, which include appropriate responses to employees needs and training.
• Implementation of Shop Floor Management
