Lowongan Bartender di PT Kharisma Jawara Abadi

Main Role:

- Keep bar top clean and free of dirty glasses, dirty ashtrays, trash, etc. throughout shift

- Keep back bar clean and organized

- Proper set up and maintenance of banquet function spaces

- Ensure daily/weekly and opening/running/closing duties are completed

- Maintain opening/closing liquor, beer, wine and consumables par

- Record and report any equipment failure and/or safety hazards to a Manager immediately

- Ensure proper rotation of all liquor, beer, wine and consumable items

- Maintain Company Safety and Sanitation Standards

- Clean all spills and waste immediately

- Sweep and mop as needed

- Place all trash in proper receptacles  

- Polish and wash glassware throughout shift 

- Prepares all mixes and garnishes

- Provide service to Bartenders, Cocktail Servers, and Beverage Runners in a timely manner

- Assist all other team members as needed

- Assist with loading/unloading of miscellaneous equipment, such as boxes, food and beverage product

- Responsible to ensure all stocking is complete, requisitions are filled out and any shortage of stock is reported

- Inform Management of any complaint, comments or incident

- Interact and entertain Guests in a professional, cordial and exemplary manner

- Marketing and promoting venue specific events 

- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards

Guest Service Role:

- Provide a friendly, personal, and a willingness to interact 

- Provide professional Guest Service

- Proudly delivers a quality Guests experience in a fun and friendly atmosphere

- Respond to Guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner

- Anticipate Guest needs

- Greet all Guests promptly, with a friendly and upbeat attitude

- Provide information to Guests regarding our venues, menus and pricing

Safety Role:

- Ability to work safely and prevent personal injury

- Commitment to the safety of fellow co-workers and our Guests, and the ability to demonstrate that commitment through daily actions

- Inform Supervisor of any irregularities, Guest complaints or other disputes, which cannot be readily resolved

Alcohol Management Role:

- Recognize and acknowledge when Guests are becoming intoxicated and/or are intoxicated

- Monitor potentially intoxicated and/or disruptive Guests and promptly bring to a Managers attention

- Comply with all national and regional alcohol beverage laws

- Comply with all safety and health department procedures as well as Company and/or departmental policies/procedures

Job Requirements:

- Minimum High School Diploma Required or equivalent

- 18+ years of age

- Must be able to communicate written and verbally with Employees and Guests using English

- Hospitality and F&B experience is a must

- Experienced in entry level of high volume nightclub/lounge/restaurant

- Liquor, beer, wine and cigar brand names knowledge is preferred

- Knowledge of drink recipes is preferred

- Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture, and hygiene

- Experienced in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure

- Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time

- Must be dexterous and able to participate in all service aspects

- Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry as necessary

- Must be able to push, carry, and lift up to 40 Kg.
