Requirements

  • Min. bachelors degree of related HR disciplines (Psychology, HR Management, Law or any related field)
  • At least 3 (three) years of working experience in HR
  • Having competence in handling HR operational activities, including administrative tasks (employee database, schedule/time management, payroll, BPJS, reimbursement etc.)
  • Good knowledge and skill in organization and HR management systems (recruitment, training, performance and compensation) will be advantage
  • Good knowledge of labor law/regulation and familiar with industrial relations activities
  • Strong data analytical, critical and logical thinking, administration skill
  • Good interpersonal skills, communication, adaptive and self-paced
  • Has experiences in using HRIS
  • Very well organized and detail oriented
