Requirements
- Min. bachelors degree of related HR disciplines (Psychology, HR Management, Law or any related field)
- At least 3 (three) years of working experience in HR
- Having competence in handling HR operational activities, including administrative tasks (employee database, schedule/time management, payroll, BPJS, reimbursement etc.)
- Good knowledge and skill in organization and HR management systems (recruitment, training, performance and compensation) will be advantage
- Good knowledge of labor law/regulation and familiar with industrial relations activities
- Strong data analytical, critical and logical thinking, administration skill
- Good interpersonal skills, communication, adaptive and self-paced
- Has experiences in using HRIS
- Very well organized and detail oriented
