Lowongan Leasing Manager di PT Jaya Bumi Cakrawala

Responsibilites :

1.  Approach & attract potential tenants to fulfill sales revenues and property / unit occupancy target
2. Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, understanding business needs, developing proposals, closing sales
3. Increasing revenues to achieve sales target by maximizing event & promotion campaigns through on the spot event and social media 
4. Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients.
5. Weekly & Monthly Report

Requirements :

1. Maksimum 35 years old
2. At least held bachelor degree from any major (Preference Architectural Degree)
3. Possess working experience as Leasing Manager in Mall
4. Having experience in planning & arrange promotion campaigns in social media/ organizing events in order to attract customer and also attract potential tenants to join the culinary business
5. Candidate must have pleasant personality, excellent communication skill and negotiation skill
6. Candidate should be willing to work with Sales target
7. Candidate must be willing to work at Sarpong Tangerang
