Position Summary
The ideal candidate will responsible for providing support and reporting directly to the General Manager handling matters related to human resource operations and strategically planning HR initiatives that will benefit the company, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee services, performance management, industrial relations and other administrative duties.
A day in the life of...
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment starting from getting requisition, posting job ads, selection and Interview.
• Responsible for new hire preboarding, onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews.
• Prepare for employee payroll monthly basis.
• Responsible the operations of HR including medical claims, leave, and others relating to employee matters are up to date.
• Responsible for managing process of government and private insurances.
• Responsible for managing communications such as internal memo and HR related letters, and external communication with statutory agencies, labour departments and etc.
• Coordinate with all HODs on performance appraisal exercise and compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal.
• To conduct internal activities to boost good relationship among all the employees, arranging monthly engagement activities and etc.
• Conduct employee’s training and development programs.
• Being a representative of General Manager in following up HR related matters with the internal department.
• Touch point for overall internal administrative process, policies and procedures.
• Responsible to ensure administrative process run in accordance with the company SOP.
• Responsible for maintenance, procurement of office equipment and work stationery.
• To undertake any ad-hoc tasks/ projects pertaining to HR and administrative duties as and when required.
• Prepare weekly and monthly report to HQ in timely basis.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
What will make you successful
• At least Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Behavioural Science, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in HR related field.
• Good knowledge of labor law and regulation in Indonesia.
• Have the experiences in handling medical insurance, regulatory health insurance (BPJS) and BPJS TK
• Good communication skill in Bahasa & English (both Written & Spoken).
• Strong interpersonal skill and Organization skill.
