Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Requirement:

Lead a team of technicians to meet department goals & objectives.
Develop preventive maintenance procedures to reduce machine / equipment failures.
Assign/work with Technician on equipment PM execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunction / failure problems and provide corrective actions.
Setup equipment, fixture and tools for manufacturing.
Setup molding process and assist in the resolution of molding related problems.
Able to read mold drawing, understand electrical circuits and pneumatic diagrams.
Support manufacturing in machined parts fabrication and modification
Make improvement related to jig / fixture / mold design.
Provide support to factory facilities maintenance.
Assist in facilities/mechanical parts/tool repair and procurement.
Perform commissioning on new equipment or transferred equipment.
Always follow safety rules in machine maintenance and setup.
Other duties may be assigned.

General requirements:

Possess bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3 years working experience in plastic injection molding machine operation / repair / maintenance.
Bing self-motivate, ability to work independently and ability to lead the team.
Person with strong analytical capability and good problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure and staying commitment to make things happen.
Effective communication skill to express in English through oral & written form is a must.
