•  5 to 10 years practical experience in its field and Industrial Estate Projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects within budget and schedule.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•  Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• PMP certification by PMI or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
2. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment.
3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives.
4. Identify and proactively address project risks, issues, and dependencies.
5. Track project progress, monitor key milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
6.  Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other external partners.
7. Conduct project reviews, capture lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.
