Essential Functions

- Intellectual Property advisory and procedures;

- Corporate procedures (registration / liquidation of a legal entity, change of director / secretary / treasurer / company address, amendment of AOA and OSS / LKPM / electronic reporting);

- Government relations (writing letters / appeals / complaints, writing responses to appeals, conducting licensing activities for the company, participating in meetings, etc.);

- Consultation on various issues (advertising, labor law, competition law, e-commerce law, etc.);

- Preparing, reviewing and drafting contracts (analysis of contracts for compliance with current legislation, for compliance with the organization requirements);

- Support system and provide assistance to other lawyers;

- Liaise and coordinate with other departments/functions within the organization to ensure proper and timely execution of deals and corporate actions from a business and commercial perspective.

Requirements

- Min. 3 years of professional experience in law firm or corporate legal sector;

- Strong understanding of Intellectual Property Law, accustomed to Civil Law and Criminal Law, both legislation and principle;

- Experience working with foreign counter-parties or foreign jurisdictions (experience in e-commerce business will be a plus);

- Legal research skills;

- Strong command of both English and Bahasa (verbal and written);

- Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills;

- Able to work both independently and under pressure;

- Hands-on mentality.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Law / LLB;

- Hold Advocate License;

- IP Consultant certification will be an advantage.
